Digital Marketer | 2018

• Both digital and conventional side of marketing.
• Coordinate the resources needed and make sure the business is able to run smoothly.
• Plan and run digital campaign in hopes to create awareness for new products and drive more leads.

• Optimize Google ads, website, on and off-site SEO, SEM.

CX Project Executive | 2019

• To design or suggest a user-friendly system logic and flow that fits the business needs.
• Communicate with the tech team, design team, and stakeholders from different locations.
• Prepare development guidelines, logic flow charts, and UI flow diagrams for the tech and design team for every new function we planned.
• Coordinate with developers and other departments to make sure smooth development or launching of new system/project/any related.
• Prepare a list of buttons needed for tracking to be implemented via PIWIK PRO analytic tool, for UX study and data analysis purposes.

Webmaster | 2022

• Responsible for planning, updating, managing, expanding, maintaining, analyzing and optimizing websites and their content to ensure they meet or exceed defined goals and objectives.
• Collaborate/liaise with stakeholder teams from Asia-Pacific and Middle East Asia regions to support the revision of existing pages as well as creation and publishing of new web content (eg; support internal staff with website-related matters, coordinate and manage translations of website content).
• Manage and ensure the smooth operation of Sitecore websites across regional markets, including North and Southeast Asia, China, Japan, Australia, Türkiye, and the Middle East, while proactively monitoring and resolving issues.
• Support efforts to obtain and utilize APIs/plugins/software for analytics or marketing purposes as needed.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure content updates are made correctly to each environment.
• Monitor site-level analytics to improve the performance and engagement.
• Responsible for developing, planning, updating, managing, expanding, and maintaining Power BI dashboards for marketing team.
• Collaborate and responsible on the setup, monitoring, and optimization of Google YouTube Ads campaigns to ensure efficient performance and delivery.
• Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to basic video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, update and manage Japan and APAC YouTube channel content, etc.
